Synopsis
About Tsar Nicholas II of Russia and his wife, Alexandra and the power-hungry monk Rasputin, who holds sway over the Tsarina. The story includes the royal couple's fears for their young son's health, the dispatch of Rasputin by the tsar's ministers, and Nicholas and Alexandra being lulled into thinking they will be rescued by the British before falling into the hands of the Bolsheviks.
