Synopsis
A retired detective meets a woman he recognizes as the woman who was acquitted in the death of her father, ruled accidental. Certain details make him suspect that she now intends to murder her husband and collect the insurance. The detective makes it clear to her that another accident must not happen. But she tricks him and poisons him instead. Again, it is an "accident."
