MISSION STATEMENT
Encompass New Opera Theatre, under the leadership of Artistic Director Nancy Rhodes, is dedicated to the creation, development, and production of adventurous new music theatre/opera, to fostering new composers, and to promoting a wider recognition of America’s outstanding artists. Since 1975, Encompass has produced over 66 full-scale productions with orchestra and staged readings of over 165 new works ranging from jazz and cabaret to musicals and opera
