Synopsis
Each of these poems deals with loss of identity in different ways. Poseidon deals with his loss of power through anger. Persephone loses the ownership of her whole being and is forced to succumb to Hades’ capture. The third poem deals with the loss of national identity. This piece explores this overarching concept by personifying these narratives musically.
