A man and a woman meet through the Internet. They have been exchanging lively messages for some time. Both are single and can't seem to meet the right significant other. They finally break the cyberspace ice and agree to meet face to face. They agree on a time and place.
They both arrive at a high-tech singles bar accompanied by a friend (in case (s)he's a jerk). At the last minute they both chicken out, and send their best friend in their place.
The four characters meet, introducing each other all around as the opposite, and there begins a tangle that takes the rest of the opera to work out.
Technology intervenes in these characters' lives throughout the opera. Stay tuned.
